§01

Scope

This Policy applies only to subscription fees charged by SendInbox for its software. It does not apply to Meta WhatsApp messaging charges, Meta account balances, bank fees, taxes remitted to another party, or purchases from a Customer that uses SendInbox. Customer owns and pays its Meta account directly.

Paid plans are charged in advance through Razorpay. The price, billing interval, tax, and plan limits shown at checkout or on a signed order control.

§02

Trial

A new workspace may receive one 14-day Starter trial with limited campaign attempts. The trial expires automatically. Trial access has no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, repeatedly restarted, or exchanged. We will not charge a paid subscription unless an authorized owner completes checkout.

§03

Cancelling a subscription

A workspace Owner may request cancellation from Billing while signed in and recently verified with multi-factor authentication, or by emailing support@sendinbox.co from the Owner’s email. Unless the product or order clearly offers immediate cancellation, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle and paid entitlements continue until then.

Razorpay supports cancellation immediately or at cycle end; SendInbox uses cycle-end cancellation for ordinary Customer requests. Once the provider marks a subscription cancelled, it may require a new checkout to restart. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

§04

Refund eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for unused time, reduced usage, failure to connect a Meta account, Meta template rejection, Meta suspension, or cancellation after a billing period begins. This does not limit a refund or remedy required by applicable law.

We will review a request where:

  • the same SendInbox charge was duplicated;
  • payment succeeded but the paid entitlement was not provisioned and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time;
  • we charged after a timely, confirmed cycle-end cancellation; or
  • a signed order, written offer, or mandatory law expressly provides a refund.

Approved refunds are limited to the affected SendInbox fee and are returned through the original payment rail where practicable. Processing time after initiation depends on Razorpay, the bank, and the payment method.

§05

How to request review

Email support@sendinbox.co within 14 days of the disputed SendInbox charge. Include the workspace name, invoice or payment identifier, charge date and amount, and a concise explanation. Do not send full card, UPI PIN, bank password, OTP, or other payment credentials.

We may verify account authority and payment evidence. Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate; this does not waive any lawful chargeback right. Fraud, policy abuse, or unpaid third-party fees do not create refund eligibility.

Razorpay’s official subscription API permits cycle-end cancellation, and its refund API supports full or partial refunds of captured payments. Provider support does not itself determine eligibility under this Policy.
