Data Deletion

SendInbox is operated by SERUCES INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. Deletion and privacy requests can be sent to support@sendinbox.co. We verify the requester and relevant workspace before acting so that one customer cannot delete another customer’s records.

The business that messaged you controls why your contact and message data is used. Reply STOP or use the opt-out offered by that business to stop marketing messages. Contact the business directly to request access, correction, or deletion because it can identify the relationship and decide the lawful response.

If you cannot reach the business, email support@sendinbox.co with your phone number in international format, the business name or WhatsApp number, and the approximate date of the message. We will locate the relevant Customer and route or assist the request after verification.

An authorized workspace user can delete a contact from the Contacts area. The live service anonymizes direct identifiers and associated message content while retaining non-personal operational relationships needed for campaign integrity, billing usage, audit, and abuse prevention. The contact must not be re-imported to evade an opt-out or lawful deletion.

To delete an individual user account or an entire workspace, the account holder or workspace Owner must email support@sendinbox.co from the registered email. Specify whether the request covers only the user account or the full workspace. A full-workspace request should be sent by an Owner and include the workspace name.

We may require a fresh sign-in, recent MFA, response from the registered email, or another proportionate check. We will acknowledge a verifiable request, explain any account or subscription consequence, and target completion within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or the request is unusually complex. A pending paid subscription should also be cancelled to prevent future renewal.

Disconnecting WhatsApp removes the encrypted Meta access token from SendInbox and stops new API activity through that connection. It does not delete the Customer’s WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, templates, Meta billing relationship, or data held independently by Meta. Manage those assets in Meta Business Manager and use Meta’s own deletion and rights processes where needed.

We may retain limited information when necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment, consent, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or enforcement purposes. Retained data is restricted to that purpose. Aggregated or irreversibly anonymized information may remain because it no longer identifies a person.

Deleted live data may persist temporarily in disaster-recovery backups until those copies expire through the normal 14-day retention cycle. Backups are not restored to recover an individual deleted record and, if restored for disaster recovery, remain subject to deletion obligations.
